Can you give me exact steps to reproduce?

What is the content of main.py and menu.py?

The API blocked error is triggered when the API mutex is held for more than 1s after an attempt to load a new payload.

working just fine for me ... How often does this happen?

on 2. card10 also -> first boot works fine, another one blocks it (workaround, boot to flashstorage mode in between)
