clean enter/exit on payload apps

melodic demo and harmonic demo don't return their channel properly which can lead to issues. check how shoegaze implements it and copypaste.

check other apps also.

gay drums is an exception bc it can play in the background, leave as is. tiny sampler is also an exception, however it would be neat to turn off the mic on_exit.
