Other Changes
=============
- Split the bar into negativ [10:5] and positive [5:0] scale and update
  them seperate to have a better visualization.
- Blink red with backside LEDs on detected pulse.
- Allow toggling the LED modes on and off (see new button layout).
- Lock mode & bias during logging.

This patch makes the BHI160 app more pythonic and fixes a few
bugs/issues:

- An exception (including KeyboardInterrupt) will trigger the sensor to
  be closed again.  Otherwise you'd get strange behavior trying to
  reopen then afterwards.
- Use simple_menu.button_events() instead of home-cooked solution.  This
  should hopefully make the code more future-proof.
- Fix overlapping text caused by the font-rendering changes.

With only a little bit of effort, the drawing code can be made a lot
more pythonic.

`== True` and `== False` are never acceptable, and for loops simply
don't execute if the iterator is empty - no need to check.

OFFSET was renamed to OFFSET_Y in ea5a30d9 ("add pause-mode"), while
the call to `draw_leds()` in bc7e3b92 ("Add led activity to ECG app")
still uses the old name. This causes an exception and the ECG app fails
to proceed past the start screen.

with longer 1s press on the TOP_RIGHT buttont you can pause the screen
update. You can then scroll through the increases 4s buffer with
BUTTON_LEFT and BOTTOM_RIGHT. Another press on TOP_RIGHT brings you back
into the normal mode.

The logging operation doesn't get interrupted when pausing the screen.
