fix(crc_patch): Silence a deprecation warning · 321a941e

The crc_patch utility displays the following warning:

    bootloader/./crc_patch.py:31: DeprecationWarning: PY_SSIZE_T_CLEAN
        will be required for '#' formats

We cannot fix the offending library so disable the warnings to prevent
unnecessary build-log clutter.

There are several common CRC implementations for Python with the currently
used one (crc16) not being available in e.g. Debian.

crcmod and/or crcelk are readily available on several distributions.

This commit adds a script to embed the git-version of the firmware into
the bootloader, epicardium, and pycardium.  All three binaries will
display their version on startup.

new implementation.  It also adds a text-buffer mode.
