Include DigiClk In Prelude

Hi @yrlf,

if I am not mistaken you are the one who wrote the DigiClk app. It looks really cool and we would like to include it in the firmware prelude! Would you be ok with us releasing it as part of the firmware, licensed under MIT?

Yeah, I had a few problems with off-by-one errors when making it originally, so a little fiddling with the numbers will surely fix that.

@yrlf Will you fix the issues mentioned in the merge request before the build of v1.10 or shall be wait for a later release with this prelude introduction?

Since I started working at my university this week, I don't think I have time before the release of v1.10.

I'd need to format it to be PEP8-compliant, which is not how I coded the project.

@yrlf, please enable the "Allow commits from members who can merge to the target branch" on the MR so I can take care of the formatting and also the one-offs caused by the rect-changes.

By the way, the formatting can be done automatically using ./tools/code-style.sh :)
