BHI160: Allow re-opening the sensor

When using tools/pycard10.py to for example run preload/apps/g_watch/__init__.py it is not possible to start it twice like that as the BHI160 sensor is open and can not be re-opened.

We should either close the sensor when interrupting the script or allow re-open int.
