feat(pycardium): add trng module

Looks good to me! Thanks for keeping our codebase clean.

However, I'm only a bot - so a human will still have to approve this request.

I think it makes more sense to mirror the CPython API, ie os.urandom(n). I have the necessary code locally, will push in a minute
