1) You can now toggle the LEDs between top, pulse, both or off to safe
power during a long run ecg log operation

2) The button layout has been changed to make it more clean and prevent
accidential logs:

Top Right:
  * Pause Screen

Bottom left:
  * During pause: scroll left
  * Short press: toggle LEDs
  * Long press: start/stop logging

Bottom: right:
  * During pause: scroll right
  * Short press: toggle mode between Finger and USB
  * Long press: toggle bias on/off
