fix(streams): Only print a single warning once a queue is full

Looks good to me! Thanks for keeping our codebase clean.

However, I'm only a bot - so a human will still have to approve this request.

The sensor streams really are a mess ... This is a good idea, nobody benefits from the warning spam.
