commit c239f509521d1a0f9563bf9c5de0c4fb9a6a33ba
Author: Chris Angelico <rosuav@gmail.com>
Date: Wed Jun 4 05:28:12 2014 +1000

Add PEP 393-flags to strings and stub usage.

The test suite all passes, but nothing has actually been changed.
