This prevents the state of initial color/text-align/line-width/etc to
be dependent on the state of the previous rendering call - presuming
further nested balanced save/restore pairs.

The default branch is now 5.1-flow3r (without the tag/v prefix) and
checking out that default branch is enough

Required a bunch of renaming from ctx.Ctx to ctx.Context (its real name)

Makes the docs actually show docstrings

Also apparently mypy doesn't like "from typing_extensions import
Protocol" and the fact that it didn't complain so far means that we're
probably not type checking everything.

Not actually used by the docs but I don't know a better location.

This lets us modify a ViewManager stack from menus and foregrounded apps
without having to first inject a global object.
