This is a hotfix for the 1.0.0 release because otherwise the two demos
sound very, very broken.

Do not merge back into main!

the script was refering to an undefined variable, which made it scan
the whole python_payload/apps/ directory. as a side effect the run is
ever so slightly faster now, but scanning the whole directory just once
would be faster.

also added a check against that to the set line on top

Add a wifi module which manages the interface setup when camp wifi is
enabled.

This makes settings persistence actually work.

Add a main-guarded `st3m.run.run_view()` call to all apps in the
preload.  This allows them to be run via `mpremote run`.

Don't return None when a font is not found, but instead raise a
ValueError.  This is more pythonic along the lines of

	- Errors should never pass silently.
	- Ask forgiveness, not permission.

Not sure whether this is version dependent, but the previous command did
not work for me at all.  New command works with `mpremote 1.20.0`.

typing.Optional does not exist on badge and was unused anyway
