"nick.json" not found on badge

After assembling the badge and accessing disk mode (for internal flash), there is only a "/sys" folder, but no "nick.json". This did not change after clicking on "Yeet Local Changes" and reflashing also did not help.

Use the Online Flasher, then it should work. DFU Mode required : https://docs.flow3r.garden/badge/firmware.html#flashing-low-level

My solution was to copy the file from another badge, but that still should be fixed.

You have to open the Badge Nick App one time and it creates the Nick.json file. Then connect via Disk Mode (Flash) and edit the file. Maybe this information should be added to the documentation.

Starting the badge nick app the first time will create the nick.json file.

Then the process of mounting and editing should work.

Things are indeed not super clear, and we'll probably figure out a nicer way - or at lest document this better.

For me it did not create the file tho
