Do we want clang-tidy in the CI?
Analogous to the mypy issue of almost the same name. This time we don't really know any alternative and criticism has been less widespread except for the fairly universal opinion that this is a controversial choice, but even without a strong case against it there should be a discussion how we want our work environment to look like. We personally think people should generally be free to add exceptions and use local configs for specific functional units liberally. How do y'all feel about things? Do you feel things? Do things feel you? Debate! :D
