st3m: SimpleMenu: Don't render entries that don't fit on the screen

dos requested to merge dos/flow3r-firmware:simplemenu into main

On my badge, which already has plenty of applications installed, it boosts the performance with half of the screen filled (initial state) from 8 to 14 FPS, and with the whole screen filled from 6 to 8 FPS.
