python_payload: Rename harmonic and melodic demo's directories back

dos requested to merge dos/flow3r-firmware:rename into main

The update process does not handle renames (see #113), so in order to not leave stuff behind when updating from 1.2, change the folder names back to the old ones. It doesn't influence user-visible app names as those come from TOML.
