It doesn't exist in CPython.
It's not implemented there.
Pass stream=True, as otherwise raw.read does not work. Pass "Accept-Encoding: identity" header, as otherwise raw.read can be compressed.
This makes sure it gets drawn after reenabling even if FPS value did not change.
