Add License
In general but also in order to apply for a USB PID from pid.codes we need to have an open source license for the hardware.
Right now we have no license at all, we should probably change this. I'm proposing the CERN Open Source Hardware License v2 S.

We can also go with something weaker but given our code is GPL I feel that would match best.
