app: add audio passthrough app

Phileas requested to merge add-audio-passthrough into main

Adds the audio passthrough app to default apps.

I've seen people do cool things with the badge by using it as a speaker, and they seemed to have to write some code for it.

Having this in the base firmware might make it more obvious to people that this is an option and help them come up with more uses.
