w1f1: add more improvements

Phileas requested to merge w1f1-improvements-tak3 into main
  • change font (it's more boring but denser now)
  • keep config on sd card and flash, flash being the main (see flow3r/flow3r-hardware#5), with SD card being the backup for full flash resistance
  • mark unknown characters in SSIDs with ?
