fix(docs): fix display.py docs

When originally writing the docs, I somehow forgot that coords go from 0 to 159, not up to 160. Fixed that in the docs.

Also removed comment about font size being fixed, as that is no longer the case.

Looks good to me! Thanks for keeping our codebase clean.
