There is a bug in the handling of alpha transparency combined with
bilinear interpolation. Turning off the image smoothing for higher
performance, and much better resulting visual.

Benchmarks from using debug overlay:

O3 settings menu: 13-15fps system menu 18fps sun menu 17-18fps
O2 settings menu: 16-17fps system menu 23fps sun menu 20fps

This implements volume control globally on the right-hand should
tristate, and draws an overlay whenever the volume changed or we moved
between headphone/speakers output.

Also tweaking of the used code path inside ctx to make texture transforms
working, clipped image draws currently not supported, adding it - which makes
using sprite-sheets easier, is a new in-ctx todo-item.

The menu/application button naming never gained traction and I don't
think it will.

Let's just call them 'left' and 'right' but allow the user to swap them
in settings.
