docs: Add reference to OSW port

Anon requested to merge anon/osw-port-reference into main

I was approached by the author of this Open-Smartwatch port about adding reference somewhere to invite other contributions.

Since we already mention the Rust repo there, I figured the firmware docs might be a good place?
