Fixes #62

ctx.start_group and ctx.end_group are expensive calls creating an off-screen
32bpp rendering texture, redirecting rendering to it, and rendering this
result back to the screen.

Add wifi settings submenu

bl00mbox and radspa have grown up. It is time for them to
gain independence in their very own repositories.

We will continue to push updates to the flow3r project and
add hardware-specific features.

We see no reason to submodule it right away, but if it is
preferable for the flow3r firmware repo we're open to it.

Petals were ordered in reverse direction in the simulator so input was
registered for the wrong petal.  Fix this.

For mocking network requests, we need the `requests` python package.

By importing `_time` in `freertos_sleep()`, the host time module was
imported as `time` again as well, breaking all later code using e.g.
`time.ticks_ms()`.

Fix this by using `time` in `sys_kernel.freertos_sleep()` as well.

Improves rendering performance with current app list size
from 3-4 FPS to 8-10 FPS.

Make the necessary step to get wasmer working on Python 3.10 or 3.11
more obvious in all required places.
